What coffee should I order?
We have a wide range of coffees to fit many different preferences! Consumer satisfaction is everything to us, so please get in touch and we will be happy to give you a recommendation based on your preference. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
How should I store my coffee?
Our resealable bag with one-way valve is perfect for storage! Roasted coffee is best stored air-tight at cool temperatures and out of the sun. We recommend avoiding freezers and refrigerators as most of our refrigerators and freezers have some pretty weird smells...
How long should I store my coffee?
There is no firm answer to this question, but we prefer to drink our coffee within 2-3 weeks of roasting. Some brewing methods taste better 4 days after roasting and some taste best 10 days after roasting. Each bag that arrives to your door is roasted to order so that you are getting the freshest coffee possible. With our one-way valve and resealable zipper closure, you have everything you need to optimally store your beans until they are ready to be ground and brewed!
Can you grind my coffee?
We would be happy to grind your coffee for you before shipping out!
We believe that freshly ground coffee is extremely important to having the best possible at home coffee experience, and a grinder is a great investment when you are looking to improve the quality of your home coffee. If you do not have a grinder at home, we would love to recommend one!

We work hard to get your order shipped out on the next business day! With roasted coffee, freshness is key so there may be delays due to our roasting schedule or other factors.

Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS from Monday through Friday. USPS and UPS observe most national holidays which may affect our shipping.
Get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an international shipment outside of the USA. Send us your phone number, shipping and billing addresses and which coffees you would like shipped and we will get your order shipped out as quickly as possible!

Due to the perishability of freshly roasted coffee we cannot accept returns on coffee. That said, we are committed to your complete satisfaction! If there are any errors in your order or if you are not completely happy with your coffee, please let us know right away.
We will replace any items in your order that go missing or are damaged in transit. Please get in touch with us immediately so that we can send out a replacement right away. Sending us a photo of the damaged product or shipping box can help us avoid repeating the same mistakes and can help us remedy the situation with our shipping partners.
